Clinical Support Officer

Cert III & IV in Aged Care | Undergraduate Registered Nurse

Alexia is a dedicated Clinical Support Officer at Skin and Wound Care Consultancy, where she provides hands-on clinical assistance in wound care and documentation. With a Certificate III and IV in individual support (Ageing , home and community), Alexia brings a strong background in supporting older adults and individuals with complex care needs.

Alexia is currently undertaking her first year of Registered Nursing studies at University of New England and is actively developing her clinical knowledge and skills under the guidance of senior wound care consultants.

Alexia has completed foundational training in basic wound dressings, wound management, and sterile technique, and regularly assists with wound imaging, measurement, and clinical documentation. Her role is integral to supporting the delivery of safe, effective, and evidence-based care.

A committed learner, Alexia is an Affiliate Member of Wounds Australia and a regular attendee at the Hunter Wound Interest Group, where she continues to build her expertise in contemporary wound care practice. She is passionate about transitioning into her future role as a Registered Nurse and contributing meaningfully to the field of skin and wound care.
