Johanne is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of SAWCC, including:

• Staff coordination and scheduling
• Client service management
• Liaison with healthcare providers and partner organisations
• Quality assurance and compliance
• Supporting the clinical team to deliver timely, efficient, and client-centred care
• Organising wound products & equipment for clients as required
• Invoicing and finance
