Skin and Wound Care Consultancy provides specialised holistic assessment, wound care planning, and scripting support for clients with spinal cord injuries who present with wounds or pressure injuries. Our service includes comprehensive clinical evaluations and coordinated referrals to appropriate services when escalation is required.
We maintain strong collaborative links with specialist teams, to ensure our clients receive best practice, evidence-based care. While we have limited capacity for ongoing monitoring of spinal cord injury clients, we currently maintain a waiting list and review referrals as availability permits. Our team is well regarded for its expertise in managing pressure injuries in spinal cord injury populations, and we are known for our collaborative, holistic, patient-centred approach with multidisciplinary care teams.

Our specialised team can complete the Annual continence scripting For ICARE participants and workers to manage their injury related continence, wound care, respiratory, nutritional and skin needs. Ensuring timely access to approved clinically appropriate supplies.
